The PARTNERSHIP Learning Center Campus

Pima Partnership High School and Middle School is a 7,382 square foot two story classroom building; a stand alone addition to an existing 16,000 square foot building. The new classroom building consists of a multi-purpose room, offices and 4 classrooms.

The West end of the property, where the new building is situated, required drainage and grading work to properly divert water flow from the east side of the property. Successful modeling with Autodesk Revit allowed us to create an efficient and successful drainage pattern for the property.

Renovation of the main existing building was completed in 2003 and again in 2009 on time and on budget.
