Carhuff + Cueva Architects, LLC (CCA) was founded in 1993 by Philip A. Carhuff. In 2011, Mark Cueva became partner after 13 years of employment. Together they offer a wide variety of complete architectural services. For the last twenty-nine years, Carhuff + Cueva Architects have dedicated themselves to satisfying clients in the educational, commercial, and residential fields with projects having demanding budgets and schedules. CCA has mastered the intricate and often challenging renovation and addition projects that call for intense study and information gathering of existing conditions.

CCA’s design is a TEAM approach, with every member of the team responsible for the success of our projects. CCA provides the leadership, talent, and proven ability to take on any design task and do it with pride.
CCA utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and AutoDesk Revit with Lumion rendering capabilities. CCA is a local leader in the implementation of this crucial and evolving building design technology. Using BIM software on every project allows CCA to produce construction documents more quickly, efficiently, and accurately than with traditional CAD programs. BIM also speeds up client evaluation of alternative 3D design modeling concepts, floor plans, and building colorizations.
CCA now uses Matterport 3D technology to photograph and measure building and site conditions with pinpoint accuracy.
