JIM CLICK NISSAN
Project Details + _
CCA created a complete remodel of an existing automobile dealership.
The dealership’s building, originally constructed in the 1980s, consisted of two separate buildings. The buildings were then combined with a bridge that became a showroom.
CCA performed a complete upgrade of the design standards, to include Nissan’s logo and exterior façade specifications, incorporating them into the existing facility.
CCA’s design plan included a 5,400 square foot canopy addition. This advantage provides the Nissan showroom with protection of car inventory, ensuring that cars remain cool for test drives by potential buyers. Customers and staff also remain comfortable in the cooler interior climate.
CCA’s design incorporated a 1,300 square foot service advisor offices addition. The office location adjacent to the lot provides quick access to cars. The office interior provides the Nissan staff and their customers the conference space to close sales in comfortable seating, with spacious round tables.
CCA incorporated the use of alucobond panels in its showroom design. Alucobond panels are made of aluminum materials that are durable, fire-resistant and water-repellant. The quality of alucobond panels ensures that their use in construction and renovation last for many years.

CCA designed a complete remodel of the Ford Lincoln Mercury showroom to include café and merchandise amenities. The Finance and Insurance Offices were reorganized, and the Parts and Cashier departments were renovated. The restructuring of the existing showroom organizes the client flow and purchase of a vehicle, from the inception of a transaction to the collection of a new vehicle.
CCA designed a complete remodel of the Ford Lincoln Mercury showroom to promote an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The open floor plan features a spacious room for families to view the vehicle inventory displayed. The maximized space provides the ability for more than one person to enter and exit automobiles with ease while shopping on the showroom floor.
CCA incorporates the use of a canopy area for the outdoor coverage of vehicles. The covered area features light colored paint to resist absorbing heat in desert temperatures. This promotes client comfort during test drives, by keeping inventory cooler in the shade.
Overhead lighting provides a focus on the vehicles during evening hours, maximizing street visibility to potential customers at all times.
The showrooms sales office desks are accessible from the floor yet positioned to maintain the overall flow of space between vehicles and clients walking through the showroom’s interior. If a client chooses to request help, a salesperson is nearby and available to answer questions or begin a sales transaction.

Project Details + _
Canyon Building and Design approached its long-term architectural team, Carhuff + Cueva Architects, LLC, to design the expansion of their office to include a newly constructed facility in Chandler, Arizona. Canyon expanded its business to Chandler to maintain its ease of access to Tucson while fostering additional building relationships in a wider geographical area.
Canyon's many projects with CCA, LLC include their joint national reach and influence. BASIS Independent School in Brooklyn, New York, and Liberty Tree Academy in Peyton, Colorado are only two of the many projects they have successfully completed together.
Canyon's inviting office space includes a well-appointed reception area with an emphasis on natural lighting.
Seating areas at a couch and round table with high-top chairs provide a comfortable opportunity for impromptu meetings or business discussions.
Cinder block wall construction and a muted orange wall coloring emphasize the southwestern interior design.
Canyon's work area carries the theme of cinder block wall details and open window space to capitalize upon natural and interior lighting. The generous desk areas permit the drafting and review of construction plans, and when not in use, present an organized and structured interior.
Canyon's conference room provides comfortable leather chairs for employees and clients, and flat-screen media for conference calls with personnel off-site. The overhead accent lighting supplements natural lighting provided by expansive windows. Electrical wiring and a table port permit the use and charging of laptops. The conference room table and room provide ample space to accommodate a large meeting or business reception.

The 11,800 SF ground up 40 bed behavioral health residence and treatment facility serves as an annex to the existing 25,000 SF SEABHS administration building on a 4.5 acre parcel. The facility is designed to serve La Frontera’s southern Arizona behavior health and suicide prevention patients in an inviting, clean and secure building with careful planning of finishes, fixtures, doors and hardware.
